Plain language for the studio site and the games we publish. Last updated 29 August 2026.

The studio

OBrien Games publishes original games from obriengames.com. This site is the catalog. Each live game is offered from its own host. Using the studio site or a game means you accept these terms and any extra terms posted on that game.

The games

Live titles are free to start as a guest. Sign-up and a shared leaderboard, if a title has them, are optional. We may add, change, or retire a game. A retired game can leave the catalog when it is no longer offered.

Snap Sub is the current live title at snapsub.obriengames.com.

Ads

Advertising pays for the studio and the games. Ads may show to guests. Watching an ad or creating an account is never required to start play. Some board ranks and new sign-ups may get a stretch with ads off. That is a perk, not a store. Google may provide the advertising system and process device and ad-interaction data under its own policies. Privacy explains advertising on this studio site.

Fair use

Play fairly. We may refuse, limit, or block access to this site or a game when we believe it is needed to protect the service or other people. That includes technology abuse such as attacks, scraping, automation, or tampering, and names or other public text that is obscene, profane, or meant to harass. We decide those calls.

Android builds

Direct Android packages are published under obriengames.com/downloads/ in a folder for that game. Install only from that path or from a store listing we publish. Sideloaded copies from other sites are not ours.

Your data

Studio logs and support mail are used to run this site and answer requests. We do not sell or rent that information. See Privacy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the studio or a game changes. The date at the top shows when the wording last changed. Questions go to Support.
